These three Palestine Action activists were on the roof of Elbit Ferranti, Oldham, as part of a direct action in April 2021. This direct action was nearly two years ago and the activists have only just been charged.
As we know, Elbit has since closed it’s factory in Oldham due to the sustained protests by the local community and the direct action of brave activists, such as the #Ferranti3.
