Last Wednesday, yet another brutal attack carried out by the Zionist regime resulted in the murder of at least 23 Palestinians in Gaza. Since the beginning of the ceasefire agreement in October 2025, at least 574 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli forces whilst over 1,500 have been wounded in Gaza.
We are witnessing daily violations of the ceasefire, including but not limited to the blockade of aid, including critical medical supplies and tents. The genocide in Palestine never ended and it continues to escalate whilst the mass media throws a veil over the colonial violence carried out by Israel against the Palestinian people.
Amidst the Zionist atrocities in Gaza and the escalation of raids and settler violence in the West Bank, the British government continues to export arms to Israel. These weapons made on British soil continue to be key players in turning Gaza into rubble, leaving it both unrecognisable and uninhabitable.
We know that the Zionist regime’s ethnic cleansing of Palestine, ongoing for over 77 years, knows no limits. Israel was built at the expense of the Palestinians, and its colonial project sustains itself through the further displacement and violence of Palestinians, through all forms.
This project was one facilitated by the British establishment, and continues being armed and supported by Britain, its governments, companies, media and academic institutions.
We have witnessed the impact of mass political pressure last month when Elbit Systems – the largest Israeli private weapons manufacturer- lost a £2 billion army training contract with Raytheon UK. This should fuel us to continue mobilising until the chains of oppression from the imperial core to the heart of Palestine have been severed, one victory at a time.
Join us this Saturday to demand a complete arms embargo on Israel. Until British weapons continue to be sold to Israel and used to murder and amputate Palestinians, we have a duty to continue to expose the crimes of the British government.
