Join us on Saturday 18th January at 12pm outside BBC HQ, Media City to demand an end to the Gaza genocide and to denounce BBC’s blatant support for Israel!

It is no secret that mainstream media conglomerates have long been guilty of justifying, minimising and covering up the Israeli atrocities against Palestinians. The BBC is but one, albeit amongst the guiltiest, of countless Western outlets promoting the skewed and distorted narrative of Zionist powers.

After 15 months of genocide and almost 77 years of ethnic cleansing,+ we are still fighting to hold accountable the perpetuators of propaganda. *As Israel commits massacre after massacre in Gaza, targeting all aspects of Palestinian life and livelihoods – the BBC” has been playing a critical role in its biased coverage, deliberately distorting the truth* to downplay the murderous intent of the occupation and devaluing the suffering of the Palestinians.

A recent investigation into the BBC’s coverage of the ongoing genocide, which included dozens of testimonies of BBC staff, has further* exposed the deep-rooted culture of promoting Israeli propaganda and dehumanising Palestinians* which has seeped its way into the crevices of the corporation’s hallways. This is directly due to BBC News’ online Middle East editor Raffi Berg, who holds nefarious links to the Mossad, CIA and Israeli leaders and has been using the BBC as an Israeli mouthpiece for years.

The BBC has vehemently ignored both internal and external calls for truth, for journalistic integrity and for unbiased reporting within its coverage of Israel’s colonisation of Palestine.

We cannot and will not tolerate this shameless bias – it is the least we owe to Palestinians, and the brave Palestinian journalists in Gaza, 204 of whom have been killed by Israel so far, that refuse to accept the world’s silence and have exposed all of Israel’s war crimes.

So join us on Saturday 18th January! Meeting at 12pm outside BBC HQ, Media City!
