National Day of Action on HSBC – Stop Arming Israel

Join us in Manchester Piccadilly 15th September for the National Day of Action against HSBC and it’s investments in Israel’s Arms manufacturers and suppliers.

Stand with Palestinians facing the horrors of Israel’s military machine every single day, and hold complicit companies to account.

HSBC holds shares several arms companies including Elbit Systems which manufactures and supplies the Israeli military with drones, used regularly in attacks on Palestinian civilians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. It was recently revealed that Elbit drone Hermes 450 was part of an attack in 2014 in which four Palestinian children were killed on a beach in the Gaza Strip while playing football. In total, HSBC holds over £800m worth of shares in, and is involved in syndicated loans worth over £19bn to, companies that sell weapons and military equipment to the Israeli government.

In recent weeks Israel has intensified its bombing campaigns against Gaza yet again. HSBC is complicit with these attacks.

There have been actions and protests up and down the country at HSBC branches and it is important we grow the movement now to pressure HSBC in to ending their complicity with Israel’s arms trade

Come and take action at Manchester Piccadilly gardens at 1pm Saturday 15th September

Join the campaign to expose and end HSBC’s investments in Israel’s arms trade.
