A motion is being put forward to the Manchester Council on Wednesday Nov 27th 2024 to urge the Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF) to divest £1.7 billion from fossil fuels and arms companies. Our council taxes are being used to fund companies that profit from wars and climate destruction.
