Khalil Al-Amour, from the village of Al-Sira, is qualified in computer science and law, and teaches mathematics. A field researcher for Adalah (a human rights NGO), he is also a Board Member of the Negev Coexistence Forum for Civil Equality (a grass roots NGO). Khalil has worked alongside ICAHD (the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions) in lobbying at the UN, and has hosted visits during ICAHD’s rebuilding camps. Khalil regularly attends meetings in Geneva and Brussels to advocate for the Bedouin community.
