Protest against UoM’s complicity in the Gaza genocide.

Demand that UoM’s Graphene Institute Stops Arming Israel. Join the Palestine Demo! Wednesday 1st November at 1pm, Whitworth Hall Arch.

University of Manchester’s Graphene technology has being used to develop the Israeli weapons that murder Palestinians. As long as the University continues to refuse to end their ties to arms companies, the blood of the Palestinian people will be on their hands. One of the main contracts is with the company, Versarien, which sold Nanene-based technologies to the Israeli Aerospace Industries

So far, over 10,000 people in Gaza are either dead or missing. The University of Manchester collaborates with Tel Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as with arms companies such as BAE Systems. The University invests in apartheid-supporting companies such as Siemens, General Motors and HSBC. This must all be stopped

Our protest last week showed the strength of support for Palestine among the UoM community, so this week, we will shout even louder. We will show the University that they can’t continue to ignore this issue any longer. Please bring along as many people as possible

Bring flags, signs and all your energy, to show our support for Palestine and opposition to the University’s complicity

Stop Bombing Gaza
End Graphene Warfare
