SOS (Sing Our Songs) for Gaza – Sunday 10 Aug. 7pm – midnight

SOS (Sing Our Songs) for Gaza is a night of beautiful music and food to raise money for Medical Aid for Palestinians at Antwerp Mansion, Rusholme (Manchester)

Facebook

With the bombing of Palestine, huge numbers of civilians have been injured and killed. Medical professionals are struggling to keep up with the casualties, but Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP)   procure medicines locally and deliver them to hospitals. This is a non-political organisation delivering aid to those caught in the conflict, regardless of nationality, ethnicity or religion.

This night is a humanitarian event, to help save the lives of anyone who is injured or hurt in the conflict within Palestine.

Antwerp Mansion is donating their space for free, and all of the musicians are playing for free too. All proceeds from this night go to MAP so they can continue their good work.

So come and listen, dance and help people whose lives are especially difficult at the moment.
