MEETING POINT: Manchester Cathedral, Victoria St, M3 1SX
TIME: 12:00 PM
DATE: Saturday, 20th December

There is a reason why Palestinians and supporters of their liberation meet the word ‘ceasefire’ with bittersweet skepticism. A ceasefire means nothing if occupation continues. Palestinians in Gaza are still being subjected to the most brutal siege and blockade in modern history.

Why we march:
* The Siege: People who have survived a 19-year siege and 2 years of concentrated genocide are still being isolated and suffocated.
* Complicity: Just today, the German government approved a $3.1 billion arms deal with Israel—yet another example of shameless participation in Palestinian suffering.
* The West Bank: We witness the continued expansion of illegal settlements, home demolitions, and the displacement of the indigenous population.
This is the moment to act, particularly here in Britain, which maintains its intrinsic role in whitewashing, funding, and justifying these crimes. We were not created to live in humiliation; we were created to live in freedom.
